It is official... I am paying more in property taxes per month now than I did for rent when I was in College..something about that is not right
So if all my properties have gone down in Value say 35% Why are all my property taxes Up by 20% ? I cry fowl play! please..smaller gov not larger!
It looks like the lender has seen the logic of my proposal! with less than 2 hours before auction they have postponed the sale!!
And yet another property that I have an offer for that would net the banks more money than auction goes to foreclosure this morning! I am amazed at how stupid some banks are!
